We will notify you in the event we are unable to provide your preferred method of publicity due to space or priority conflicts. Weekend announcements are determined separately by the Celebration Team and chosen from ALL publicity.
When would you like your publicity to appear in the program? Remember, publicity starts two weeks after submitting this form. (We typically publicize events for two or three weeks.)
Rolling Ads Slide --slides are scrolled before and after services in 12 second increments. Silent promo videos of no more than 30 seconds may also run in this spot (please provide video!). These slides will run up to three weeks prior to event or registration deadline.
Bathroom Ad -- 4” x 5.25” color ads are placed in men’s and women’s bathroom stalls. Ads run Saturday to Friday. Bathroom ads will run up to three weeks prior to event or registration deadline, space permitting.
Website Front-page Banner -- 612 x 190 pixel color banners scroll across the bottom of http://www.vineyardoftherockies.org. In most cases, this spot is reserved for events and promotions that have an accompanying website link. Website banners will run up to three weeks prior to event or registration deadline.
Sign-up Sheet/Poster -- sign-up sheets and 8.5” x 11” posters are placed at the Info Counter during all weekend services. Please remember that it is the event administrator’s responsibility to collect names and contact info from the sign-up sheets, as well as to take down the sign-up sheet and poster following the weekend before the event or registration deadline. All sign-up sheets for outdated events will be discarded!
Invitation/Reminder Card -- 5.5” x 4.25” color two-sided cards can be distributed to potential attendees. The cards for the campuses will be placed at the Info Counter. The extras will be placed in the box of the staff contact by Saturday two weekends prior to the event or registration deadline unless otherwise requested.
Mailable Postcard -- 5.5” x 4.25” color two-sided mailable postcards can be distributed to a mailing-list. All addressing, mailing and postage is the responsibility of the event administrator. The cards will be placed in the box of the staff contact by Saturday two weekends prior to the event or registration deadline unless otherwise requested.
Please set up an appointment with the communication team four weeks prior to the event for other publicity that requires more details and/or approval (banners, email, etc.). We love to help you get great publicity!

Please also set up an appointment with the communication team four weeks prior to event for materials for the actual event (nametags, building signs, etc.). We’ll gladly supply logos, graphics and fonts to help you keep all of your material consistent.
